The establishment of this original company began in the year 1999 with the support of related government departments. On December 18, 2003, the Beijing Oriental YIN'AN Credit Security Co.,Ltd was set up through merge and consolidation. It was the first company that was formed between three parties with the banks, the credit security and the insurance companies in China which engaged in risk-free credit card issuance and commercial debt collection business .It has a total investment of eighty millions and ten millions registered capital.
The company is composed of the commercial risk management consultant company of Oriental series which were engaged in commercial risk control for many years.It has a large group of talents on credit management , complete set of management system for credit control ， commercial collection as well as operational mode. In recent years, we have joined to the commercial debt collection task of communication enterprises and commercial banks .On the ground of plentiful experience in this field, we have reached a conclusion of a complete set of credit control management mode which fits perfectly into the Chinese situation.
